During the October 2024 Board Meeting the Board adopted an updated Encroachment Policy which will take effect on December 1, 2024. This is the first update since 2019. The revised policy combines the policy and manual into one document and increases fees to bring the program closer to cost recovery. It also includes a minor encroachment permit that provides a simplified process, faster timeline, and reduced fee that better fits with smaller projects.
